Can I check out as a guest?

Yes you can. Guests need to submit their name, email address, billing and delivery address and card details, but they won’t create an account or receive marketing emails.

 

DELIVERY

Can I change my delivery method?

All items will ship via a Royal Mail 48 service unless the express option for delivery within 2 working days is selected. You can choose this option during the checkout process but will be unable to change this once it has been placed. Please note high value orders may be sent via a service that requires a signature upon delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

For future orders, you can amend default billing and shipping addresses in the ‘My Account’ area. Under 'My Addresses' select ‘edit your addresses’ or ‘Add New Address’.

How long does delivery take?

UK Standard Delivery is sent via a Royal Mail 48 service. Packages sent by this method are usually received within 2-4 working days from dispatch. In the rare event of delays during transit, we ask that you allow 14 days from the date of dispatch before reporting any item as undelivered. An express delivery service is available for an additional £2.99 per order, for delivery within 1-3 working days to mainland UK for orders placed before 1pm. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following Monday. 

How much does delivery cost?

Orders over £20 include free delivery. Orders under £20 will incur a £1.99 per order delivery cost. An optional 2 day express delivery service is available for £2.99 per order.

 

ORDERS

Why has my order been cancelled?

This can be for various reasons, including but not limited to the items no longer being available or a failed payment. You should receive an email providing the reasons for the cancellation but please contact us if you require further assistance.

When is my order dispatched?

Orders made before 1:00pm are shipped same day. After this point, orders are shipped out next day. Please be mindful Next Day delivery also adheres to this cut-off point.

How do I cancel an order?

If your items have been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel the order and you will need to follow our returns process upon its receipt. If you have a registered account and wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, simply go into your 'My Order’ and selecting the order you wish to cancel, then select the cancel order button. Please note that the complete order will need to be cancelled - if you wish to amend an order, please cancel the complete order and place a new order.

Where is my order?

Just simply use our ‘Track My Order’ tab to view the current status of your delivery. Please note, if your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch its likely still on its way. As our shipping partners service level agreement is to deliver all delayed parcels within 14 days of dispatch. If this period has elapsed, please contact us.

Can I add something to an existing order?

Unfortunately not. If you'd like to buy new items, you'll need to place a new order. However, items to the same address can be shipped together.

 

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all sorts of cards and payment methods, including Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa & Paypal

What does it mean if my payment has failed?

Either your payment card has expired, you do not have sufficient funds in your account or your card has failed one of our security parameters, which are in place to create a safe shopping environment for our customers. In this instance, the order will be cancelled and you’ll need to place another order.

 

RETURNS

My item is unwanted, can I return it?

We accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 28 days from receipt unopened, unused, and in perfect condition. Some exclusions apply including, but not limited to, sealed media (video games, DVDs). Just go to ‘My Order’ under ‘My Account’ and select the ‘Return Item’ option.

 

DISCOUNT CODE

How do I use a discount code?

Whilst on the basket page, there is a box above the proceed to checkout button named ‘Discount Code’. Simply input the code exactly as it appears and ensuring that there are no spaces, and press the apply button. Only one code can be used per order and this must meet the terms and conditions of the promotion. Please note once an order has been placed we are unable to add a discount code to your order.
