Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1 business day, usually the same day if ordered before 1pm. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipping method: Royal Mail Tracked 24
  Shipment cost: £2.99
  Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

• Shipping method: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
  Shipment cost: £6.99
  Estimated delivery time: Next business day if ordered before 1pm.

 

**Please be aware delivery delays can occasionally occur. But in general the service level agreement with our couriers is to deliver all delayed items within 10 business days from day of dispatch.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tigerlily Enterprises Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

My Product Arrived Damaged

It's rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned back to us. Or alternatively report this issue via the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will respond to you within 48 hours to inform you of the next steps to take.

Please save all packaging materials and take pictures of the damaged goods before contacting us, as it would aid in our investigation with the respective courier.
